SPECIFICATIONS/CHASSIS:

Frame - Torsion-resistant box girder frame fabricated from high strength fine grain structural steel.

Outrigger - Four fully hydraulic H-type outriggers. The span is 7.2m when outrigger fully extended, 5m when half extended and 3.1m when fully retracted.

Engine - Water-cooled 6 cylinder Cummins diesel engine (Cummins QSB6.7, displacement:6.7L. rated 186kw (250 horsepower) at 2500rpm, torque 987Nm at 1500rpm, fuel tank capacity: 305L.

Transmission system - Power-shift transmission with divided torque converter provides 6 speeds forward and 6 speeds reverse. Four wheel drives engage automatically with low range and two-wheel drive with high range.

Axle - Front: driving/steering with differential and planetary reduction hubs, rigid-mounted to frame. Rear: driving/steering with differential and planetary reduction hubs pilot-mounted to frame with hydraulic lockout cylinders.

Electrical System - 24V system voltage, CAN bus.

Suspension - Automatic full hydraulic oscillation lockouts on rear axle permits oscillation only with boom centered over the front.

Wheel and Tire - 4 wheels, 29.5× 25, 28 PR (optional 29.5R25).

Steering - Full hydraulic power steering system allows four steering modes: front wheel, rear wheel, four-wheel coordinated or four-wheel crab steer.

Brake - Full hydraulic split circuit operating on all wheels.

SPECIFICATIONS SUPERSTRUCTURE:

Cab - Framed steel construction, sliding door, inserted safety glass throughout, huge inner space and optimum visibility, adjustable steering wheel. The deluxe adjustable seat includes head and arm rests. Front and upper window with windscreen wiper. Air-conditioner.

Hydraulic System - System consists of two gear type off the transmission. Combined system capability is 443 lpm. Load feedback, constant power control. Standard full flow oil filtration system and hydraulic oil  cooler. Hydraulic tank capacity is 620L, with external sight level gauge.

Hoist - Hydraulic winch with bent axis piston provides 2-speed operation with equal speeds for power up and down. Winch is equipped with an integral automatic brake, grooved drum, tapered flanges, standard cable roller on drum, and an electronic drum rotation indicator. Rope diameter 19mm.

Slew Unit - Hydraulic motor drives a double planetary reduction gear. Heavy duty multiple disc swing brake is mechanically actuated from operator’s cab by foot pedal.

Boom Elevation - Boom luffing, double action hydraulic cylinder, boom angle -2°- +78°.

Main Boom - 11.25-34.5m (37-113 ft.) four sections boom, formed in a hexagonal cross section. Maximum lifting height: 35.8m (117ft).

Safety Devices - Equipped with telescopic boom balanced valve, lifting and luffing balanced valve, vertical cylinder with dual-direction Hydraulic lock. Swing cushion valve and turntable lock, lifting height limiter and 3-ring protector. The self-designed moment limiter includes large display screen, visual and audible warning system and automatic function disconnect. The crane operation displays boom radius, boom angle, boom length, allowable load, actual load and percentage of actual to allowable using a bar graph. Anti-two block system includes audible & visual warnings and automatic function disconnects.
