Experienced in Software Development, Software Architecture, Project management, Agile, SCRUM Master, and Requirement Analysis. Strong knowledge in SaaS model, Database design & modeling, MSA. Domain Expertise- Finance & Accounts, Inventory, Fixed Asset, HR, Payroll, LC, Budget, ERP, CRM, POS, Student Registration & Management, University ERP, AID management, Consular Service. Industry Specialization- Govt., NGO, University, Garments industry, Restaurant, Retail chain, ecommerce, Social Enterprise. He is specialized in business strategy, planning and operation. He ensures the company business for enhancement of sales, new client services, and project. Mr. Md. Zahidul Alam is the Founder and Managing Director of Shodagor International Limited. He has been working for more than 12 years in IT Global Industries and specialized in ERM, ERP System with SAP (ERP), AccpacERP, DreamApps (ERP,CRM), FR, ETS, FMIS and many other system Designing, Analysis, and Development & Implementation for small & medium business. Micro Finance ERP implementation in BRAC, Uganda, Tanzania and Pakistan. ERM - Educational Resources Management development led and implementation in different institutions in Bangladesh. Before founding Shodagor International Limited, he has controlled several business and also served as executive director and management level in several Organizations in home and abroad. As the Managing Director of Shodagor International Limited, Mr. Md. Zahidul Alam responsible for successful implementing company policy, developing strategic plans, controlling finance, building and maintaining an effective management team and assuming full accountability for the board for all company operations.

Mr. Iftikhar Chowdhury is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (FCMA). He holds more than two decades of financial controllership experience in leading multinational companies in Bangladesh. He is an SAP experienced professional and have worked as ERP consultant in many projects in Bangladesh. He served as CFO at Zuellig Pharma Bangladesh Limited, as Head of Finance at Pendekar Energy Bangladesh Operations, as Financial Controller at Sanofi Bangladesh Limited, as Factory Accounts Manager at Nestle Bangladesh Limited and as Management Accountant at Reckitt Benckiser Bangladesh Limited.
